Major Updates

Session Note Footer: Session notes now include a footer on each page displaying:

  • Client name
  • Date of birth
  • Session date of service
  • Practice name

This update helps ensure compliance with payor requirements.

AI Ongoing Treatment Plan
  • Hide Inactive Services: You can now remove an insurance service from the Setup module when it’s no longer needed. This hides inactive services from view while keeping your setup clean and organized.

Additional Changes

  • Report Updates:
  • Incomplete Session Note Audit Report: Session IDs are now clickable hyperlinks, allowing quick navigation to the session details page.
  • Cancelled Appointments Report: Now supports filtering by Cancellation Reason.
  • New: Incomplete Session Audit Report (Custom): Designed specifically for users of Form Builder session note templates, this report is available in Reports → Session and includes Form Builder notes alongside other templates to identify incomplete notes and missing signatures.
  • Modifiers:The M3 Modifier now displays when selecting a CPT code in the Insurance Service screen.

  • Improved graph displays, including phase change lines and axis labels
  • Allowed special characters in form names
  • Improved timestamp consistency across screens
  • Resolved extra commas appearing on PDFs

    Soon, you’ll be able to:
