Summary

In the latest Artemis update, several key improvements have been made. The Help page now features a search function for quick solutions to your Artemis questions as well as several new Billing-related posts.

Clinical enhancements include the resolution of issues with graphing behaviors as zeros and graphs loading in graphical analysis, ensuring accurate data representation and reliable graph displays. Duplication issues have been addressed in three different areas.

The Session Merge screen has gained two new filter options for Location Group and Status, improving user navigation. Additionally, new warning messages for billing claims have been introduced to reduce the risk of denials.

These updates aim to enhance accuracy, streamline processes, and improve overall user experience in Artemis.

Help Page
  • Search Feature: Users can now search for topics directly in the Help page to find answers quickly.
  • Billing posts: Several new step-by-step instructions have been added to the Artemis Help page related to Billing. Find them here:

Scheduler
  • Save Button: Users can save small change to an appointment, such as adding an additional provider, without requiring additional changes.
Clinical - Graphing
  • Graphing Zeros: Fixed an issue where behavior reduction targets were not graphing zeros until data was collected. Also, a new option for users to select NR (No Response) in data collections.
  • Behavior Data: Ability to choose at the practice-level which CPT codes default to skip plotting versus plot behavior targets as zero, to prevent zeros graphing on days in which the client was not present. BCBAs can override this default at the session level for exception scenarios.
  • Duplicate Data: A bug was resolved where duplicate data was being added when double clicking the Save button in Data Collections.
Clinical - Client Intervention Plan
  • Print view: Print view, mobile view, and layout of session note templates have been updated for clear view of sections.
Clinical -  Session Merge
  • Filter - Location Group: Users can now filter by Location Group in the Session Merge screen.
  • Filter - Status: Users can now filter by additional statuses of Completed, In Progress, Incomplete, Scheduled, or All.
Billing - Claims
  • Warning Message - Claim Submission: A warning message has been added when trying to delete the insurance associated with a claim or resubmit an already-submitted claim.
  • CMS Form - Formatting: Formatting for the client phone number has been resolved to appear correctly on the CMS form.
  • Warning Message - Exceeded limit: When updating a claim and you have exceeded the amount of authorized units, you will get a warning that the authorization limit has been exceeded.
  • Claim Adjustment - Clients: Resolved an issue with adjusting claims with client responsibility.
Client - 360
  • Add Client - Duplication: A bug was resolved where duplicate clients were added when double clicking the Save button.
  • Add Authorization - Duplication: A bug was resolved where duplicate authorizations were being created.
Care Portal
  • Care Portal: An issue was resolved with the welcome email being sent to new Care Portal users.
