Product Update

• Supervision Reports: Added a new toggle in both the RBT and Client Supervision reports to view hours and calculations by either Appointment Time or Session Time (based on the session clock).

• Mobile App: Included general fixes and introduced a new feature: Clinical Notes.

• Allergies & Medications: You can now edit and download medication and allergy entries directly from the Client 360 table.

• Client Forms: Added controls to specify which forms are available for therapists in Data Collections.

• Graphical Analysis: Date range filters can now be cleared to display all available data.

• Parental Verification Forms: California 2026 forms are now available.

• Insurance Service Setup: Updated the field label previously titled “Claim Use Rendering Provider NPI 33a” to “Rendering Provider Name & NPI 33a.”

• Staff Management: Email is now a required field when adding new staff.

• Reporting Exporting: Streamlined export options by removing duplicate export buttons. If a report includes an Export button, use that to export data. If not, use the dropdown arrow next to Edit to export.

• Fixed behavior for Direct Therapy session notes when downloading or editing
  
• Improved tracking of authorization units when session times are modified
  
• Corrected birthdate display on assessment reports
  
• Billing and claims updates, including CMS form fixes and payor requirement enhancements.
