New year, new features! We’re ringing in January with big enhancements, from AI-powered treatment planning to platform-wide improvements that help your team work smarter and faster. Take a look at what’s launching now and what’s coming soon.
Major Updates
- AI Initial Treatment Plan: AI‑Assisted Initial Treatment Plans are now available for you to try! This new tool helps you build high‑quality ABA treatment plans faster than ever by generating draft goals, summaries, and recommendations in a fraction of the time.
Designed to reduce manual writing and streamline documentation, AI assistance gives you a strong starting point—so you can focus on clinical decisions while saving hours on paperwork.

- Bulk Download of Session Notes: We’ve added a new Bulk Download option to make managing session notes faster and easier. You can now download multiple session notes at once, perfect for audits or sharing records with your team.

- Clinical Director Dashboard: A new dashboard is now available in the Home module under Dashboards.
View key KPIs across locations, including caseloads, billable hours, caseload tracker, cancellations, and client service history.
To enable access, add Clinical Director Dashboard to a user’s Access Level in Setup → User Access Management.

- New Service Type: A new service type, Social & Recreational, is now available when adding a new client or editing details in Client 360 → Details.
- Session Note Duration Updates: Duration response types now display the total duration directly on session notes for improved consistency across graphs and note data.
Platform Improvements
- UI and workflow improvements across scheduling, sessions, and forms (smoother client-name typing, clearer date/time error messages, better DOB entry).
- Enhancements to session documentation workflows (more reliable signatures and more consistent session note downloads).
- Improved data accuracy and filtering (Session Merge filters, Intervention Plan Results date range updates, better DOS capture on manual claims).
- Billing and claims updates, including CMS form fixes and payor requirement enhancements.
- Data Collection Mobile App stability and bug fixes.
- Minor layout and filter updates across Billing and Scheduler Conflict screens.

- Parent Portal: Our upgraded Parent Portal is on the way, delivering a smoother, more connected experience for families and providers. Here’s what to expect:
- Two way messaging between staff and parents
- View upcoming appointments directly in the portal
- Sign session notes electronically
- Share documents back and forth with parents
- In app document signing for faster turnaround
- Session Note Form Builder: We’re excited to bring you more flexibility and customization for your documentation. More flexible session note templates are coming soon, tailored to your practice and compliance needs.
