Major Updates

AI Ongoing Treatment Plan: Now live! If you’ve been enjoying the AI Initial Treatment Plan, this brings the same smart assistance to ongoing clinical updates and progress monitoring. Reach out to customersupportticket@artemisaba.com if you're interested in using this feature.

  • Trend Lines: Trend lines now automatically update when you zoom into a section of a graph, giving you an accurate view of the trend for just that subset of data.
  • Provider Search: Added search functionality when creating appointments, you can now type to quickly find provider names.
  • Bulk Cancellations: The Session Modification Report can be used to bulk cancel appointments for providers or clients. An updated filter allows you to bring in inactive clients and providers.

Additional Changes

  • Non-Billable SOAP Note: Added date and time fields to the standard non‑billable SOAP note template for clearer documentation.
  • Show Results: You can now use the Show Results toggle in a client’s intervention plan to view summarized outcome data per target for the selected date range (default = last month).
  • Collection Days: Number of days data was collected.
  • Days Met Criteria: Number of days the daily criteria were met.
  • % Days Met Criteria: Percentage of days the daily criteria were achieved.

  • Payment Audit Report: The Payment Audit Report now displays client names to support faster review and reconciliation. Filtering of EFT numbers has also been improved to make copying and pasting easier.
  • ICD Code Search: You can now search for client ICD codes directly within Client 360 → Client Details, making it faster and easier to review and manage diagnosis information.
  • Billing Enhancements: Improved Claims & EDI Processing: Several updates have been made to streamline billing workflows and reduce claim rejections:
  • Enhanced EDI handling to support required payer address details when submitting secondary claims.
  • Updated referring provider qualifier logic in the 837P file to automatically apply payer specific qualifiers based on insurance type—reducing denials and eliminating the need for manual resubmissions.
  • Improved EDI generation to ensure PWK documentation segments appear correctly on secondary claims when enabled.
  • Added an option to include the provider taxonomy code in Box 24J on the CMS 1500 form.
  • Updated Support Hours: Our live support room is now available from 7am–7pm CST. You can view the updated hours and access the direct support link by clicking your profile icon and selecting Support.

  • System Stability & Performance
    Added date and time fields to the standard non‑billable SOAP note template for clearer documentation.
  • Scheduling & Planner Improvements
    ‍
    Fixed flickering in the Planner view, resolved authorization limits for recurring series, improved save functionality when adding appointment locations, and enabled rescheduling in scenarios where authorization is not required.
  • Data Entry & Workflow Consistency
    Improved consistency for the Parent/Guardian Missing Signature feature in Data Collections, standardized prompt names across screens, and fixed an issue where double clicking could create multiple intervention plans.
  • Clinical & Program Management Fixes
  • Resolved intermittent enrollment errors in VB MAPP
  • Fixed CIP loading issues by enforcing numeric mastery criteria duration values
  • Corrected an issue where deleted targets continued to appear in Graphical Analysis
