New for You !

Hey there,
As we head into the season of gratitude, we’re thankful for you! This month’s release brings new features, improvements, and fixes to help your team work smarter and make data-driven decisions, just in time for the holidays.
Major Updates
- View Past Data in Data Collections: We’ve added a new View Past Data feature within each target in Data Collections. RBTs can now quickly access the last 10 trials or sessions of recorded data, along with a snapshot graph for easy visualization. This update empowers teams to make faster, more informed, data-driven decisions during sessions.
What's New:
- View the 10 most recent data points for any target
- Instantly see a graph preview (shows the last week of data) to identify trends and performance changes
- Streamlined access to historical data to support decision-making in real time


Additional Changes
- Supervisor Notes: We’ve introduced a new Supervisor Notes tab within the session menu of Data Collections. This centralized space allows RBTs to easily access important information shared by the BCBA, such as Clinic Notes and Reference files, directly during sessions.

- For BCBAs: These materials can now be found in the updated Notes tab within the Client Intervention Plan (CIP) area, making it easier to manage and share guidance with your team.

- RBT Supervision Report Updates: We’ve enhanced the RBT Supervision Report to make filtering easier and more flexible:
- Provider Multi-Select Filter: You can now select multiple providers at once for more efficient reporting.
- Location & Location Group Filters: Filter supervision reports by specific locations or location groups.
- Session Note - Default Location: Session Notes now automatically select the client’s location based on the appointment’s Place of Service (POS), helping reduce manual entry and minimize errors.
Bug Fixes
- Activity Logs: Resolved an issue where double-clicking the activity log Save button created multiple duplicate entries
- Balance Transfer: Fixed an issue where the Balance Transfer checkbox was not staying selected.
- User Access Management: Resolved issues with multi-selecting users when removing access from the Remove Bulk Access screen in Setup > User Access Management.
- Appointments:
- Fixed an issue where client names were not removed after deselecting them on the Create Appointment screen.
- Improved consistency in appointment details for non-billable appointments with multiple attendees.
- CMS-1500 Forms: Addressed inconsistent issues with viewing CMS-1500 forms across the platform.
- Collect Data: Fixed issues with selecting prompts in the Collect Data tab.
- Billing Module: General usability improvements, including:
- Easier navigation throughout the module
- Ability to attach files to new payments
- Simplified insurance selection
- Session > Main Screen: Fixed an issue where filters did not correctly update the number of notes shown in each status.
