Product Update

• Data Collection Icons: We’ve made it easier to see what’s happening in your sessions!

You’ll now notice two small icons next to each appointment in Data Collections, one for the session clock, and one for the note.

These icons show you right away if a session has started, is running, or is finished, and whether your note is done and signed, without opening anything.

You can find these icons in Data Collections under My Sessions and My Active Sessions.

• Insurance Discovery: We’re excited to announce the launch of Insurance Discovery, a powerful new feature in Artemis ABA’s RCM suite designed to help your team uncover previously unknown or inactive insurance coverage your clients may have, including commercial, Medicaid, or Medicare plans.

• Insurance Status Filter: n the Client module, a new Advanced Filter is available so you can filter the list to find clients with Active, Pending or Inactive insurance.

• Search filters: We’ve improved the search functionality across all Artemis modules. The purple search filters now work seamlessly and consistently—making it easier than ever to find what you need, when you need it.
• Duplicate Appointments: Fixed an issue that occasionally caused duplicate sessions when dragging and dropping appointments in the Week Planner view. Scheduling is now cleaner and more reliable.
• Session Notes: Enhanced the download view for Direct Therapy Note templates so that all checkbox sections now display completely in the downloaded version, ensuring full visibility and compliance-ready documentation.

• Parent Portal Redesign: The Care Portal is being redesigned with updated features as it transitions to the new Parent Portal.
• View Past Data: RBTs will soon be able to view recently collected data directly from their device while in a Data Collection session.
• Template builder: Enhancements and fixes are currently in progress. Soon, you’ll be able to customize your forms for greater flexibility and control.

• How to Add Provider Availability:
