Hey there,
A new season brings new improvements to Artemis!
This release is packed with enhancements across Clinical 2.0, Data Collection, and Scheduling, giving your team more flexibility, better visibility, and smoother workflows across the platform.
Major Updates
Report Updates
We’ve expanded reporting capabilities to make session auditing easier:
- Session Duration Audit Report is now available to all users with report access.
- Incomplete Session Audit Report (Custom) now includes additional information to support session review and follow-up.
Clinical 2.0 Enhancements
We’re continuing to build on Clinical 2.0 with new features and enhancements that make it easier to document sessions, collect data, manage clinical programs, and navigate everyday workflows.
📝 Form Builder Enhancements
Clinical documentation is getting more flexible with SOAP Note support in Form Builder, allowing practices to create discipline-specific templates for session documentation.
Additional enhancements include:
- SOAP notes & cloning goals within session notes
- Visibility conditions for custom templates
- Improved documentation consistency across web and mobile
📱 App Enhancements
We’ve continued improving the new Artemis ABA Capture data collection app to make it easier to manage sessions from start to finish.
New and enhanced capabilities include:
- BCBA-Pinned Targets
- Session time editing during wrap-up
- Enhanced break tracking
- BIP and clinical note names available in the app
- Automatic logout after two hours of inactivity
Additional updates improve session clocks, Session Notes, and synchronization between the app and web.
🗓️ Scheduling & Session Management
Scheduling enhancements provide greater control and a cleaner day-to-day experience.
Updates include:
- Restricting RBTs from being scheduled for BCBA codes
- Session editing based on configured appointment permissions
- Delete Appointment option for easier appointment management
- Cancelled appointments hidden by default
- Improved rescheduling behavior to prevent rescheduled appointments from appearing as duplicate cancelled sessions
⭐ Goal Bank & Clinical Programs
We’ve continued enhancing Clinical 2.0 with improvements to Goal Bank imports, skills and targets, Clinical Hub management, and Active Sessions, making it easier to build and manage clinical programs.
📊 Graphs & Clinical Data
Clinical graphs have been enhanced to provide clearer and more consistent views of treatment data, including improvements to target statuses, prompts, phase changes, and graph customization.
Additional Improvements
We’ve also made improvements throughout Artemis, including greater consistency in Incomplete Session Note counts, recurring appointments, session permissions, and clinical information across web and mobile.
