We’re excited to announce some new updates and fixes to enhance your experience with our software. Here’s a breakdown of the latest features and improvements:

🚀 Release notes:

Clinical & Data Collections

Session Clock: For those who don’t prefer using the session clock in data collections, you now have the option to turn this feature off for your practice.

Supervisor Signature: A bug fix has been implemented for CPT-specific session
notes, ensuring that the BCBA Supervisor’s name will now correctly appear under the signature box.

Inactive Targets: Behavior reduction targets will no longer plot 0s on graphs for
inactive targets, providing more accurate data representation.

Rate Data: We’ve made additional improvements to Rate data graphing. When
behavior reduction is selected, 0s will now automatically plot if the client has a session, streamlining data visualization.

Authorizations

Pending Authorizations: Pending authorizations will now automatically switch over to active status at the beginning of the start date. If your practice has automatic
authorization updates set up, you can rely on this process to run seamlessly. Contact our team if you need assistance with setup.

Scheduling

Conflict Screen Updates: New filters and information have been added to the Conflict Report in the Scheduler Module for easier

  • Location Group Filter: Filter by location group to better manage your schedule.
  • Client Type Filter: Now you can filter by client type to choose “Regular” clients
    and exclude “Admin” clients.
  • Insurance Filter: Filter clients based on their insurance status.
  • Include/Exclude Services: Use the toggle to include or exclude specific services
    in the search results.
  • Additional columns: Insurance and Subscriber ID are now included in this report.
