Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Executive in our Dallas office, you'll play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent to fuel our company's growth. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and execute the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and close successful hires.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
