Job Description

• Software implementation (preferably healthcare EMR or ABA s/w) including
  o Set-up of software
  o Software training of end users
  o Project manages the go live process for a new client.
  o Any knowledge of Healthcare EMR/ABA sw implementation is a big plus but not mandatory.
  o More important is knowledge and experience in implementing Enterprise s/w with strong expertise and process knowledge and project management skills to onboard/implement a customer for s/w product.
• Software customer support for level 1 and level 2 issues
• Must have strong process knowledge of software product support ticking and escalation process.
• Including s/w training when users raise escalations.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in USA night shift.
• Bangalore office is preferred.
