Job Summary

As a contract manager, you will be responsible for managing a company's entire contract lifecycle. Contract management services include negotiation, implementation, and administration. With accuracy as the primary benchmark, a contract manager ensures that contracts are drawn and executed in compliance with the company's policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a tracker of customer contracts for all the entities.
• Maintain expiry and renewal dates
• Coordinate with an attorney to review contacts
• Ensure new contracts signed by a salesperson are as per agreed template terms
• Upload to hello sign
• Download and maintain contracts in a master folder
• Coordinate with the Finance team during invoicing
• Maintain all vendor contracts as well
• Work with AP to ensure payments are as per vendor contract
• Be a POC for sales, me, and ops when a SOW and contract details are needed.
• Follow up with customers proactively when contacts/SOWs expire
• Inform Ops to stop work when SOWs/contracts are not renewed
• Audit to ensure that work done and SOWs are matching
• Audit to ensure that SOWs and invoices are matching
• Update everything in the contract management software

Mandatory Skills

Experience in contract drafting, redlining, review and negotiate.

Graduation in law is an added advantage
